First Visit
If this is your first visit, please read the following information on what to do and what to expect on your visit.
- Request an appointment online by clicking here, call or text (480) 630-1977 or (480) 630-5500
- All required forms will be emailed to you, please complete and submit them online as soon as possible, as this will allow us to review your case more thoroughly.
- On the day of your appointment please arrive on time.
- It is advisable that you wear comfortable clothing.
- It is advisable that you eat something before your appointment, and don't come on an empty stomach.
- The acupuncturist will review and talk with you about your condition, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
- The acupuncturist will perform any necessary examination and will formulate a treatment plan for you.
- Post-treatment recommendations.
- The following payment methods are accepted: All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, HSA and FSA cards, and cash.
- We currently do not participate with any health insurance plans.
